Mr M A Wynter Blyth MA (Cantab) was Principal of SGH/LMS from 1941-1945. He is the author of several internationally acclaimed books on Butterflies of India and was credited with conducting the first scientific census of the Asiatic Lion (Gir Lions). His classic book Butterflies of the Indian region (1957) will soon be available in the school thanks to the magnanimity of OG Mr Bryan Mulley from the UK who paid for this rare book. |
